Location: Your Computer Screen

If you are reading this blog then you are well aware that I am currently two thousand miles away from my home town of Murray County. Or you could look at it like I am a 30 hour car ride or about a 4 hour plane ride, please look at it whichever way makes you feel the best. Personally, I like to think of it as one really long skip, hop, and jump away from my family and friends. The purpose of this blog is keep everyone updated on the happenings in my life as I establish myself in a new town and begin my first year of teaching. 

Disclaimer: I have graduated from college with a degree but I do not profess to be the best writer. What I mean by that is my grammar can be off sometimes, alright a majority of the time because I think faster then I type. (Do not worry in the classroom my writing skills are extremely impressive.) So, please do not expect excellent writing because these are just some random and hopefully comical thoughts about my life. 

Also, if you could keep your comments to only positive ones that would be greatly appreciated. In my current state I am a little fragile. I am just kidding please put any thoughts that pop, slip, or crawl into your mind while reading my posts. I hope you all enjoy reading my sandy thoughts. (Get it desert...sand) And the jokes have begun.
